Some basic tips and programs to help keep you virus free

Wallpaper sites and so called “FREE” MP3 sites are some of the worst for spreading adware, maleware and spy ware.  I would sugguest a program called Site Advisor by Mcaffee. [I will post the link when I get some sleep ] Also Spybot is is an excellent spy removal tool as well as Adaware.  CCleaner is a great program for cleaning out the ‘junk’ files from your computer.
